Michael’s 20 years’ experience working within the retail construction industry has positioned him well to lead MP & CO into the new retail future. His vision for the company is to provide retailers and other commercial enterprises with high quality services in a dynamic, responsive and transparent manner – all with the highest levels of customer service.

Michael practices what he preaches by providing clients with personal access to him 24/7. When he’s not working on a client project, you‘ll find him relaxing with his family or hitting the links to play a round with friends.

He’s extremely proud that he is the third generation Panigas to work on projects for The Home Depot.

In his role as Controller, Par oversees the company’s finance and accounting department. At a strategic level, he works to position the company for future success and growth and provides project coordinators and project managers with the important accounting information they need to plan and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Par holds an Honours Diploma in Accounting from Humber College where he was awarded with the Faculty Award for Highest Achievement in Financial Controllership I & II. He holds both a CGA and CPA and graduated with an MBA from Laurentian University.

He lives by the motto: “Success is never final, and failure is never fatal.”

As General Manager, Giovanni oversees the daily business operations at MP & CO. This includes developing and implementing growth strategies, training managers and team members, and building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. He also oversees the hiring of new team members and evaluating the performance and productivity of existing employees.

Giovanni loves (and helps drive) the company culture and understands that it’s the people that drive MP & CO and makes it successful. He’s proud that the company doesn’t measure success in billable hours, but in accomplishment.

If he isn’t at work, you’ll find Giovanni spending time with his family biking, watching movies, or cheering on his kids at a soccer game or yelling encouragement at the local Karate dojo.

Kerry is responsible for the budgeting, overseeing, and documentation of company projects. This includes keeping an open line of communication with the client to ensure all needs and concerns are addressed in timely manner, while providing complete transparency.

Kerry works to minimize the risk of possible issues and provides solutions to any obstacles encountered. She holds herself and her teams to the highest standards and ensures that all project details meet or exceed client expectations. This reduces client anxiety and ensures high client satisfaction.

As a working mother, Kerry knows that her most important role is being a great mom to her daughter as they make ample trips to the city’s bike paths, parks, movie theatres and skating rinks. Kerry appreciates the way MP & CO has worked with her to maintain a healthy balance between a rewarding career and the responsibilities that come with raising a family.
